Volunteer Requirement

Dear Staff, Thank you for signing up for staff. We can really use the help! Our Volunteer Coordinator will soon contact you to assign you a job. ALL staff members must submit a $40 deposit at the event which will be refunded after you complete your staff hours. In the past we have had people sign up and say they will be there, then they did not show up. This makes things very hard on all the other staff. OTHER THINGS TO KNOW:

Full Time Volunteer Staff work for 14 hours in exchange for a free Weekend Pass. Part Time Volunteer Staff work for 7 hours for a half-price Weekend Pass.
For all tickets, there is no refund. All sales are final.
Price does not include hotel and transportation.

FOR NEW YEAR'S EVENT ONLY:

There are no discount, 1/2 price, or free passes for the Full Event Pass with New years Eve Dinner. If we have extra dinner tickets, we may release them for sale on Wednesday at the event. So if you want the dinner ticket, you will need to buy the Full Event Pass at full price.
If you have not bought your New Year'e Event ticket by Dec 1st, you will not have the lower hotel rate even if you made a reservation in advdance as a conventioneer. So your volunteer status needs to be confirmed with us by December 1st. Otherwise your hotel rate will be $199 or more depending on the hotel you are staying.. Only event guests can have the lower rate.
