What is a "Boot Camp" & Who is
it for?
A "Boot Camp" is for any one who really wants to learn a dance!
We work hard & try to show you all the basics of a given dance in one day!
It's LOTS of fun & we work on your skills while you meet new people &
make friends.
In our "2 level Boot Camps" we spend 2 hours on the basics &
fun moves
& 2 hours on intermediate to advanced moves.
This is a GREAT way to fix some of your old habits & learn new skills!
COME JOIN THE FUN!
Dancing can easily replace the Gym and other workout programs!
Dancing provides you great a cardio workout and nice body tone! At our BootCamp,
you will burn 1000 - 1500 calories!
